Our tent installation teams are trained in a number of tenting techniques which allow them to overcome almost all obstacles. They are concerned with making your installation the best it can possibly be and will take special care to ensure your landscaping and grounds are not disturbed.
We assist you in acquiring permits for your installation. We are fully insured for Liability as well as Workers Compensation. To ensure your event will be comfortable, we can provide you with a Computer Designed floor plan of your event.
We do not use “home-made” or off-brand equipment. All of our tents are certified permanently flame resistant.
Make sure the area is free of all debris and obstacles. Make sure there is pathway to the install/ delivery area, a min. of 36 inch wide walkway is appreciated.
Have any and all chairs/ tables stacked in one location, with all personal items removed from under and around the tent.
We offer set up and tear down services for a nominal charge.
Delivery charges are based partially upon the community where the delivery will be made, the on-site location (i.e. ground floor or otherwise, loading dock or down a number of hallways…), the timing of the delivery or pick-up as well as other factors. When you place your order and we better understand your specific needs, we will be able to provide you with delivery, pick-up, installation and removal pricing. Our minimum for delivery is $100.00.
Our average charge, for a STANDARD delivery and pickup, is generally $25 to $75. Your actual charge can only be provided by calling our office so we can fully understand your needs and the timing of your delivery.
Due to seasonal increases in fuel costs that are unpredictable, we may at times levy a temporary fuel surcharge which would apply to all deliveries.
We normally deliver Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. During busy seasons, we may extend these hours. We prefer to deliver a day or more in advance of your event. Exceptions to this are due to weather conditions, quantity of deliveries for that particular day, complexity of job, and availability of job site.
We normally prefer to pick up within two days after your event. There may be other circumstances which may result in additional charges including specific pick up times requested by customers.
